I really can't see a resemblance LOL! Their hair is pretty much the same, but, his eyes are dark while her's was blue. HAPPY (EARLY) BIRTHDAY MICHAEL!
Oh My goodness he is growing up!..He's so big......It probably seems so, because here in Oz i think they have ONLY shown his birth or just before it! So we are far behind but i follow online as much as i can and watch episodes online too...Thanks Lily and Ellie..Tanya in Yeppoon QLD Australia

Your children are beautiful. I just became a grandmother for the first time. Life is good. Please tell your mother in law if she gets pregnant to keep it private.
Post it a week before the baby is due. Many people can be so cruel and I think it should be a celebration for your family. I do hope she has another child. It is so cool in hollywood to have children later in life so may I ask why are the standards different for you guys. I love your show. God Bless. Doreen
My goodness, they look so much like each other! I'm not sure which parent they look like the most though...I guess probably a mix of both! :-) They are both very cute!!!
I think they both, Mackynzie & Michael, look more like Anna's family. Although Mackynzie reminds me of Jennifer Duggar at times. They're both adorable and precious gifts from God, as we all are ; )
Wow, he is getting so big! I just saw him recently at the ATI conference and he is getting to be a big boy!!! He is so precious and Mackynzie is adorable! Love those cutie pies!

I think they do look alike, but you can still tell them apart.
i reckon Michael actually looks different from the other duggar babies and toddlers, including Mackynzie. He looks a lot like Anna though. They are both very adorable!
mackynize is very cute , but her and her brother are not very alike. i think they are almost the same.
I don’t want to appear cynical, what I found ironic that the Duggar daughternlaw worries about leaving a carbon footprint and they promote by used and recycled goods, yet she leaves a carbon skid mark driving a Hummer.
